A Program That Puts Purpose Over Profits

Unlike traditional mentorship or coaching programs, we designed Match for Impact to be a self-sustaining force for good, where success fuels access—ensuring that impact entrepreneurs who need leadership support the most aren’t left behind.

Success-Based Incentives: A Win-Win Model

To align incentives and incentivize shared success, we structure a small success fee when a collaboration directly leads to a major breakthrough within 6 months after completion, such as an investment, large contract, or revenue milestone within six months of the match.

  • Impact Entrepreneurs Pay a Small Success Fee – If the collaboration results in significant funding or revenue growth, usually a 3% commission is paid on the deal value—but only if success is achieved.

  • How It’s Shared – The fee is split:

    • 2% is paid directly to the executive who helped make it happen.

    • 1% goes to Match for Impact to sustain the program and reinvest.

Example: If an impact entrepreneur secures a €500K investment as a direct result of their Match for Impact engagement, the program would receive €5K, and the executive would receive €10K as an honorarium for their contribution.

Reinvesting Success: Expanding Access to More Entrepreneurs

  • 50% of Match for Impact’s share of success fees is reinvested into an internal impact fund. This fund provides scholarships and subsidized placements for entrepreneurs in low-resource contexts or nonprofit ventures who otherwise couldn’t afford to join the program.

  • Encouraging Impact-First Leadership – Executives are also encouraged to reinvest a portion of their success fee into the impact entrepreneur’s venture, fueling long-term growth and deepening engagement beyond the 90 days.

This structure ensures that everyone wins—impact entrepreneurs get leadership support, executives have a stake in success, and the program continues to expand access to those who need it most.

Once we defined a 90-day mission that aligns with your goals, the next steps are simple:

  • Confirm Your Interest – You’ll sign a general undertaking, allowing us to share your anonymized profile and arrange a call with your potential match.

  • Start the Matching Process – To proceed, you’ll make an initial payment of €585, which serves as a commitment fee. If no match is found, this will be fully refunded. If a match is successful, the amount is credited toward the total program fee.
